The protein powder is available in vanilla and chocolate, both tastes wonderful!

However, it’s nice with variations and to add other flavors to the shake now and then. For this, I prefer the vanilla protein powder – since it’s more neutral to mix with other flavors. How To Transform A SiseLEAN Shake To A Delicious Smoothie! 


To transform the SiseLEAN shake into a delicious smoothie – you can basically add any fruits, berries, vegetables, herbs and leafy greens you like or have at home, and you can also add a little bit of healthy fats, like e.g. some avocado, coconut oil or cream.

Just remember that each extra item you add will also add calories. So only add a little bit of fats, and rather use berries and vegetables than lots of fruits – because fruits have a higher content of sugar (fructose).

Tip: What I like to do is to wash, peel and slice a variety of fruits, berries and veggies, then store them in different containers in my freezer. It’s so convenient to have all that done so when I want to mix a smoothie I just take what I want out from your freezer – ready to use! 

In my smoothies, I like to use 1/3 cup of baby spinach as the base, 1/3 avocado for healthy fats, approx. 1 cup of mixed frozen berries – or 1-2 fruits – 1 cup of water, 1 sachet SiseLEAN and some ice – then mix it.

1 Serving

2 Tbsp SiseLEAN protein powder

1 egg

Whisk the powder and the egg together, thin the batter consistency with some milk or water (approx. ½ – 1 Tbsp).

Calories: approx: 200

With the pancakes, have some fresh berries, like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.

Some interesting facts about the protein in SiseLEAN 


The protein in SiseLEAN comes from whey proteins that are not denatured by heat. It’s purified by Micellar processing to remove any hormones, milk fats, pesticides, herbicide, lactose and any other negative particles.
