Where To Start

When you've downloaded the files, you start to read and go through the booklet that says "Where To Start". It contains the following:

An introduction to clean eating, what to eat and what not to eat (or at least avoid having too often)
Four things you should do before diving into the program
How to set realistic goals for yourself, and what you want to achieve from this program

step 2

Suggested Meals & Recipe Guide

Now it's time you get familiar with the suggested meal plans for week 1 and 2 and the Recipe Guide:

Print out the shopping lists for week 1 and 2
Go through the Recipe Guide and get familiar with the recipes. 
If the suggested meal plans have foods you don't tolerate or don't like, make a note and replace it with something else
Go and get your grocery shopping of clean foods done!

step 3

Prepare Meals & Journaling

Prepare what you can for the suggested meals for day 1 and 2.

Make sure you have all ingredients you need, prepare what you can prepare - e.g. you can peel and chop vegetables and keep in containers in the fridge.
Try to outline and follow a daily routine with regular meals.
Every night, write down in a journal how your feel and how specific foods affect you.

step 4

Get Moving & De-Stress

Check out the booklet "Your Dumbell Workout Plan".

You'll find workout plans for 4 days. Try to incorporate exercise and movement 3-4 times a week.
You can do these exercises at home - perhaps in the morning or in the evening in front of the TV while watching the news. 
Exercise will cleanse your body and mind, and you will also feel more energetic and sleep better.
An hour before bedtime, do something that makes you de-stress. Take a bath or read a book - and do deep breathing.
