Print out the shopping lists for week 1 and 2
Go through the Recipe Guide and get familiar with the recipes. 
If the suggested meal plans have foods you don't tolerate or don't like, make a note and replace it with something else
Go and get your grocery shopping of clean foods done!

step 3

Prepare Meals & Journaling

Prepare what you can for the suggested meals for day 1 and 2.

Make sure you have all ingredients you need at home, prepare what you can prepare - e.g. you can peel and chop vegetables and keep in containers in the fridge.
Try to outline a daily routine with regular meals and exercise that you will follow.
Every night, write down in a journal how you feel and how specific foods affect you.

Get Moving & De-Stress
